Tim Rust produces a small range of bronze castings taken directly from period finds in this country. Each piece is remade as a new master to regain the crispness that the piece would originally have had when first produced, and then cast, hand finished and enamelled (where appropiate) to resemble the original as closely as possible.
Although you would normally expect to pay 'museum' prices for these sort 'museum quality' objects, which would put them beyond the reach of most re-enactors, that is certainly not the case.
In addition, Tim's partner Sheila makes some of finest Iron age, and earlier, pottery that we have seen.
Again these pieces are exact
functional replicas of the originals in all respects and in some cases better
as the wear and tear of two thousand years, or more, is not reproduced!. 
They are made in exactly the same way with the same materials.
