Madoc and Ash on the White Horse - August 2003
Pretty famous and quite busy, the chalk carved white horse sits just off the swindon to oxford road.There is a sizeable carpark at the foot of the hill and then a short, steep climb up to the hill itself.
The figure sits on the side of a hill in a dead end valley. The views are brilliant and even the usual screaming kids did little to spoil it. There is a sort of viewing mound on the other side, that you can walk around to.
